Confirmation at St. Stephen Lutheran Church
Confirmation at St. Stephen Lutheran Church is 3 years (6th, 7th & 8th grade). There is one year of Old Testament study, one year of New Testament study, and one year of studying Luther's Small Catechism. We do accept students who are not in 6th grade!
Confirmation is held on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. We're a pretty lively bunch. We watch videos, movie clips, or have interactive lessons that teach the point of the bible story or catechism topic we're trying to get across. Furthermore, at St. Stephen we believe it's important for young people to have a good relationship with the church. This is our priority.
